Pre-school children were asked the following question:
"In which direction is the bus pictured below traveling?"
Look carefully at the picture.
Do you know the answer? The only possible answers are "left" and "right." Think about it .
Still don't know? I'll post the answer in comments later.

Okay, I know it's not an answer . . . but it looks like "forward."
LOL. Thanks, Linda, I needed that giggle.
It's weird. The first thing that popped into my head was that it wasn't traveling at all. It was stopped. *ggg* Jordan
My first thought was 'stopped' too.
But you say the answer must be left or right...hmmm. I say right.
And we want to know why our kids are so screwed up?? :-O
Yup, I think the answer is left and right.
I'm glad I didn't go to pre-school. I'd a flunked! Now that I've read Linda's answer, I'd have to agree that the durned thing is going to run me over!
I give up, Jaye. My guess is, "It's not moving, right?"
The pre-schoolers all answered, "left."
When asked, "Why do you think the bus is traveling in the left direction?" they answered:
"Because you can't see the door."

Lin, Jordan, sexmuse, Raine, Dude, Jean, Keishon, and Diane.... 365 days detention! ;-)
*snicker*
Well, I confess I was only guessing!
When I was going to school, the covered wagons didn't HAVE doors!!
What if it's a British bus? Then it would be going right, because the doors on the other side..
right?
Oh, look, two class clowns. Raine and Sasha, I'm separating you two.
*ppssst Raine, meet me after class and we'll go check out the bus."
If you two get on the bus, you're sitting up front where i can keep an eye on you.
