Jorie has a review posted, and she's done a nice round up of several other Live Journal blogger reviews (plus you can pretty much waste hours following links to more reviews from the comments posted on the various sites). Like me, she thought the movie would have made a kick ass TV episode but fell short as a major feature. Her post is full of spoilers so beware. The one thing I've noticed is that everyone who was disappointed in the movie would still either A) go see it again and/or B) buy the DVD when it's released. Sort of reminds me of those books that you could totally rip apart in a brutal critique, yet they still hold a place of honor on your keeper shelf. Perfection is not the goal, heart is. We love the characters no matter what, don't we people? Church.
