I seem to lose pages every time I work on an ms; how's that for progress?
Sigh.
On to happier news: Sasha sold to Kensington! I'm late on posting about this; but I've congratulated her in private many, many, many, times.::grin::
**Update**Sash, also recently sold to the Berkley Sensations Imprint of Penguine Books!

Depends on what you consider progress; better quality, or more pages? ;-)
A coworker emailed me the cartoon at work, it was more a statement on how freakin busy we've been at the office for the past 2 months. (What's missing from the cartoon is the stacks of files.) But I thought it would work equally as a reflection of my frustration with writing. It is funny, tho. And I laugh everytime the eye snap out of his head. (Yes, yes, I'm twisted)
Raine, I know I want quality, but I also want to finish something. I guess that's why I'm focusing on the novella first and then the wip. :-/
Danica, that handy-dandy cartoon serves as a D-I-Y instructional on opening a vein. ;-)
that was just DAMN funny!!!! But so true! =(
You have to send me that cartoon. Please. I've watched it twice and cannot stop laughing. Oh my God! It is too funny and so VERY true. I even dragged dh over to watch it. He's cracking up and said he needs that to look at everyday.
I just saw this cartoon and love it!!! And just think of all the edits and rewrites you're getting rid of NOW instead of later. It's progress! Really!
LOL love the cartoon. I have days where it feels like that.
I'm stealing the cartoon. It might become a permanent fixture on my blog sidebar because I can't stop laughing.
You're determined , Jaye. You'll finihs it soon. ANd it'll be quality too.
Thanks for th cartoon!!
Even #2 thought it was funny. THe kid is sick I'm telling ya!
Glad y'all got a good chuckle out of the cartoon. Lord knows it spoke to me loud and clear.
My favourite part is from when the second eyeball ping-pongs back and forth then finally snaps out of his head, to that final look at the bloody pulp/nub of his head before he does a faceplant into the keyboards. lol.
Mechele, and mlwhitt, thank you both for dropping by.
Jordan, I sent you an email.
Steph, Monica liked it so much that she posted it on her blog too. :-) I'm toying with the idea of adding it to my sidebar too. Maybe where I have the crying smilie for the writing progress. ;-)
That cartoon nearly made me puke!
Pat
oops. Sorry your visit here was so sickening, Pat. You should probably not look at the "Three things that pissed me off" post either.... Hope the rest of your weekend is pleasant. :-)
