
I've been exhausted all week and was really looking forward to sleeping in on the weekend. I went to bed around 11:30pm last night and woke up at 4am this morning.

About 10 mins after I posted this I staggered back to bed and managed to snooze off and on for another 3 hrs. Feel a little more human now.

I've been doing the insomnia bit on and off for a couple of months now--sucks large indeed. I'm gladyou managed to sleep a bit more.
Now try to squeeze some relaxing stuff in your mind before bedtime, see if that works.
(but writing is always good)

Thanks AL. I think it's a case of being too tired to sleep properly, if that makes any sense. Hopefully I'll sleep better tonight.
